- Concept Pro Viewer collects information and we may process your personal information for the following purposes. We do not use personal information for other purposes other than those mentioned.
This information includes:
- Permission to personal information collectionCamera, video shooting - to get device information via QR Code

Content modification and deletion from SD card - for server export/import function
Search account from device - for receiving push alarm
Audio Recording - to get Audio data<Since no information is gathered, all users can delete and process applications directly>
2. List of personal information to process Concept Pro Viewer is processing the following personal information.
a. <Camera and video shooting>
- Item: android.permission.CAMERA
Action: Scan the QR code from monitor display with the camera and acquire the connection information of the device.b. <Access to protected storage>
- Item: android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Action: Save the list of saved devices to the SD card and perform reload operation.c. <Change or delete SD card contents>
- Item: android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Action: Delete the list of saved devices from the SD card and perform reload operation.d. <Search account from device>
- Item: android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS
Action: For push notification messages, it is used for developer account registration in the application console.e.<Audio Recording>
- Item: android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO
Action: Use your phone's microphone to record audio.We do not use any other personal information except for each of the actions mentioned above.
3. Concept Pro Viewer, in principle, in the event that the purpose of processing personal information has been achieved, we will immediately discard such personal information. The procedure, deadline and method of destruction are as follows:

- Take the QR code with the camera, get only the connection information of the device, and immediately delete the relevant information of the device.b. <Access to protected storage>
- Delete the access information immediately after deletion of the application, using the function, which does not perform any other act except the act of saving or reading the list of devices on the SD card.c. <Change or delete SD card contents>

- In order to receive notification of mobile push message, we do register developer’s Google account to the GCM server and do not use any other information related to the usere.<Audio Recording>
- No data is stored or other information related to the user is used, except to obtain audio data through the microphone of the mobile phone.
INFORMATION
We provide the following privacy policy (the “Policy”) to inform our users how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected with respect to your use of Concept Pro website and the services and products available through the website (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Policy.

Retention period of collected information
Unless we no longer need the device information to provide the service, the collected information will be kept until the customer's request.
The information collected can be permanently destroyed at the request of the customer.

At Concept Pro we strive to implement reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, modification, destruction, or damage of your personal information and data stored using the Services. When transmitted over the network, your data is protected with SSL encryption. Our servers are running in a secure environment. Your information and data and our application and server data are backed up. While we have taken efforts to protect and secure your information and data, we cannot guarantee that your information and data will not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others.
Your account, information, data, and access to the Services is authenticated only by the use of your correct sign-in ID, password, and/or API token. You must keep your password and API token confidential and not share it to any other person. You are responsible for the use of the Services by any other person using your sign-in credentials.
Information Security
Information collected from the device may be forwarded to an outside of country for the purposes described in this agreement. All information is securely transmitted using SSL during transmission. We do not collect your personal information such as your username and password. We strive to protect device information from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or deletion of the information we have and only allow access to certain employees who have a strict obligation through contract for confidentiality .
However, as it does not fully meet requirements of the appropriate safeguards, such as standard privacy provisions, device information transmitted outside of the country may be at risk.
Data Storage
We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service but, you retain all rights to your data.
Disclosure
We may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
